Job Overview:
The Accountant will manage financial records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with accounting principles. This role involves analyzing financial data, reconciling accounts, and supporting business decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial statements and analyze data to support strategic decisions.
- Maintain and reconcile accounts, and manage journal entries and closing activities.
- Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
- Prepare and file tax returns, and assist in tax planning strategies.
- Oversee and reconcile accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Implement internal controls and support audits.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of finance or accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently.
- Commitment to integrity and professional ethics.
Physical Requirements:
- Pass pre-employment medical.
- Able to work in a high-altitude environment.
